How many guests can you cater for?
Our minimum booking is for 6 people but we can arrange for smaller bookings if required as long as our minimum fee is met. The maximum number of guests is only dependent on the facilities and space at any given property.
What do I need to do before you arrive for an in house dinner?
All we ask is the kitchen is in a tidy state for us to commence work, we will take care of the rest.
Do you supply and serve the wine or alcohol?
No. By law we cannot supply or serve alcohol to our guests.We would be happy to offer some wine suggestions to accompany your meal that can be purchased from our local cellar doors.
Do you clean up afterwards?
Absolutely. We bring all our own crockery, cutlery and table settings which we clean hygienically afterwards back at our commercial kitchen. The house kitchen is left as though we were never there.
